Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Engineer at RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd. located in Jamshedpur. The Engineer will be responsible for designing new mechanical systems, analyzing existing mechanical systems for maintenance or improvement opportunities, and working with other engineers and technical staff to develop new solutions to problems in a variety of industries. The Engineer will also be responsible for documenting all designs, maintaining accurate records of all work performed, and ensuring that all designs meet industry safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in designing and analyzing mechanical systems
• Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices
• Experience with project management
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
