Job description

General Manager will address short to the mid-term operational views of enabling functions to support ROYAL INDIA’s long-term strategic view and mission. Accordingly, the incumbent will be accountable for the effective functioning of the internal operations at Royal Instrument India to drive extensive and sustainable growth. This will involve all operation and implementation of effective operational systems for the enabling functions such as Sales, HR, Legal & Compliance, Administration, Records Management, and Communications with continuous concern for quality improvement. All the enabling functions will report to the General Manager.

The General Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day sales, administration, human resources management, meeting all statutory compliance needs with all government bodies like MSME, and also any other role assigned by the Managing Director.

The General Manager will support ROYAL INDIA Development efforts with Communications and Sales, Technical & Support teams in close consultation with the Managing Director. Other than for Development requirements, the General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Communications team.

Requirements

Graduation in any discipline with an MBA with a total experience of about 10 to 15 years, with about Three years as General Manager or equivalent role in Corporates. Demonstrable competencies in strategic planning, change management, ability to direct, and coach others, good decision-making and problem-solving skills, outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
