Job Purpose
The Service Trainer will lead, design and execute service training programs for the assigned region in line with the organisation and function imperatives that will enable the GCO function to achieve its business strategies. The incumbent will act as the lead for the respective region and will be the point of contact for all service training interventions and ensure maximum participation in line with the agreed training calendar.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the Regional Training requirements with focus on class room sessions, virtual training sessions and on the job sessions
Contribute in development of service training modules and training aids
Develop and streamline processes and manage the entire gamut of the training activities
Develop the training calendar and execute training as per the plan
Perform training need analysis at dealerships via coordination with regions on the basis of Learning Management System (LMS) data
Establishing feedback systems to assess effectiveness of training programmes and draw vital inputs to enhance value proposition in the training structure.
Ability to implement innovative ways of improving knowledge base and skill sets
Perform audit calls to analyse call quality at the dealerships, identify training need and deliver corrective learning sessions
Design training schedules and classroom agenda, course content according to the objectives
Prepare training materials including presentations, worksheets etc.
Lead execution of training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Organise and/or conduct on-site trainings when needed
Maintaining and reporting training data
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and plan improvement actions
Continuous evaluation of dealer manpower and identify improvement areas
Conduct regular audits on training process and training centre inventory
Create monthly MIS with regard to regional training centre with action plan to improve the same
Involve in diagnostics study in critical touch points and support in resolution
