Rivigo Services Pvt Ltd Looking for Process Associate at Ranchi, Jharkhand

We are currently hiring Only Fresher Graduate for Logistic Process Associate for our Company. Please come for walking Interview at given address in the details. The key purpose of this role is to manage end to end responsibility of consignment.

JOB DETAILS-

• This includes managing consignment movement within and outside warehouse using our app, managing on-time dispatch and arrival of vehicles and managing labor to get consignment unloaded from vehicle, stacked on shop floor to getting it loaded back to vehicle for delivery.
• Adherence to operating metrics for high levels of customer service
• Timely loading/ unloading LH and Feeder Vehicles
• Ensure high productivity of faujis (labor) by supervising in stacking the boxes inside vehicle and on shop floor, Scan app adoption
• Quality check of basic documents like Invoice, E-way bill etc.
• Ensure ZERO DEPS- Timely report any damages, excess, pilferage, shortage, interchange of consignments/boxes
• Adherence to system assigned delivery dates and assigned route

Education-

• BA/BCOM/BSC/DIPLOMA. Only graduate in any field.
