Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Administrative Officer role located in Patna. The HR Administrative Officer will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department including but not limited to HR processes, HR policies, employee relations, and labor and employment law. The HR Administrative Officer will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employee relations and labor and employment law
- Experience with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus
