1.Minimum 2-3 years working experience in NBFC/Banks as a Area collection manager.
2. Handling experience of all collection buckets for unsecured /secured portfolio.
3. Handling experience of In house Team at least 8-10 peoples team size.
4. Handling experience of Bucket wise collection efficiency along with NPA Pool collection.
