Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Patna. In this role, the Tele Caller will be responsible for calling potential clients and generating leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting in sales-related duties. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for maintaining client records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Prior experience in a telemarketing or customer service role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
