Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller at Resonance Eduventures Limited in Muzaffarpur. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing information about our courses, answering queries, and assisting in the enrollment process. The Tele caller will also maintain records of calls and update the database with relevant information.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Ability to build rapport with potential students
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of JEE, NEET, or other entrance exams is a plus
