Area Sales Executive
Up to 20000 in-hand
Immediate joiner will be preferred.
1. Scope of the role
Responsible for acquiring the business and achieving sales figures.
Exploring new potential areas for business development
Introduce new and innovative programs and other strategies to secure business
Responsible for building a strong network/relationship with clients.
2. Job Profile
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
3. Key Deliverables
Achieve new business sales from the Corporate marketplace
New business sales process from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation
Identify and present new technologies options to clients
Devise acquisition strategies through effective and visible account planning
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure sales activity records are reported and maintained
Ensure contractual paperwork for contracts within the portfolio is up to date
Attend and present to a monthly sales review
Identify and assist with the development of new products and services for business customers.
4. The right person
Experience within a Business Development Manager role selling into Corporate companies
Ability to devise acquisition strategies through effective and documented account planning
Able to evidence pipeline development and growth strategies to ensure forward opportunity
Strong achievement drive, self-motivation, and relationship management capability
Have a consultative approach to clients
Analytical thinking with strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to influence key decision-makers
Proven high level of pure new business delivery
• Numerate and accurate with the ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
• MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Local Languages
• Having experience working with E-commerce will be added.
