Roles and Responsibility
Job Role –
We are looking for dynamic sales resources who can lead our Finsure Sales across various products including RB Health, RB Life, and RB Cards. The ideal candidates must be highly motivated and focused on achieving results, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will be critical in driving partner engagement and expanding our customer base.
Job Responsibilities –
Work on various market dynamics and product lines like RB Life, RB Health, and RB Cards to increase partner profitability and earning capacity.
Help sourcing / servicing sellers of the products as per the agreed mix and policy.
Conduct induction training and Coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective Partners.
Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.
Monitoring seller/partner performance on the common variables of segment way to market – Renewal / Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
Maintaining the high active percentage of partners.
Controlling attrition of partners.
Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same.
Desired candidate
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferably in insurance, broking, Banks & NBFC in Personal Loan, Credit cards sales companies, Asset Management.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with cross-functional teams and management.
Good communication skills, Critical Thinking, Analytical, problem solving.
