We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in fertility, diagnostic or pharmaceutical sales.

Responsibilities:

  Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets

  Build relationships with existing and potential customers to promote Renew Fertility’s services

  Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services

  Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials

  Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards targets

  Attend industry conferences and events to represent Renew Fertility and network with potential customers

Requirements:

  2-5 years of experience in fertility, diagnostic or pharmaceutical sales

  Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Strong negotiation and closing skills

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
