Work Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request.
Requirements:
- Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communications skills – ability to comprehend English is essential
- Should be able to apply rules and guidelines to case situations after understanding the case
- Flexibility to work in US shifts will be required
- Must be a Graduate or should not be pursuing any kind of education
- Prior experience in US Healthcare Calling Process, medical records retrieval preferred not mandatory
