Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager located in Patna. The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing the commercial and operational aspects of the business, including sales and marketing, financial performance, vendor management, and supply chain activities. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial management role with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing practices, financial analysis, and business strategy
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and supply chain management
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
