Job Responsibilities

• Achievement of Targeted AOP, Gross Margin and SPSF
• Responsible for the P&Land Improvement
• Focus on R1 enrollment and business volume
• Adhere toare quickly implemented on the ground without losing time.
• Complete adherenceassociates on latest development in new product/brands and presentation/sellingcustomer complaint cycle time
• Mentor sales assistance throughdifferentiation.
• Recognize and develop talent Coach and mentor people as andisplayed/communicated to all customers.
• Ensure that all consumables areEmployee
• Accurate and timely preparation / submission / review of reports -expenses.
•Control inventory level and shrinkage
• Mystery Shopping Findingsfor the store.
• Other Source of Income – SOH
• Increase margins and minimizefunctional,behavioural training and career planning
• Update category and storein returns per square foot.
• Increase in conversion rate
• Reduction in numberlevel.
