– Lead the store team & Guide the DM’s, Support functions etc.

– Plan, detail out, Coach the team to achieve sales targets

– Lead the team on Store Operations SOP’s as well as Service Standards SOP’s

– Provide training to the new joiners in the store on Product, Customer management, Inventory hygiene, SOP’s, Service Standards etc .

– Ensure Stock Control measures and Audits standards as per SOP’s

– Ensure Proper Documentation and updating of records

Data analysis, Report discrepancies & implement corrective action
