• Responsible for coordinating overall unit operations entailing production, maintenance, quality control.
• To ensure cost-effective and smooth production as per production targets with optimum utilization of resources.
• Preferably from a Starch Plant or Food Processing work experience background.
• Safety & security of unit property, machines, goods and personnel.
• To develop and execute innovative policies and procedures which result in increasing revenues, streamlining workflow and creating a team environment to increase productivity.

We are looking for a candidate with experience of minimum 10 years

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Around 10 years of experience.
2. Relocating to Siliguri.

Educational Background:
Engineering background preferably a Mechanical Engineer with a Management degree.
