Job Description:

• Daily activity planning – stock, manpower, truck
• Supervise picking, truck loading/unloading, manpower assignment, and dispatch to customer locations
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods and materials as per FIFO/FEFO
• Activity documentation in WMS/ERP, E-way bill, etc
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Resolve any escalations with the experienced team, LM and others
• Inventory Management (Inbound, Outbound) and maintaining suitable inventory levels
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Compliance with regard to Health Safety & Environment.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
