Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager for RealState in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting the sales targets, client acquisition, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, managing the sales process, coordinating with the marketing team, and developing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience with sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- 12th pass and Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing
- Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
