Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager for RealState in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting the sales targets, client acquisition, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, managing the sales process, coordinating with the marketing team, and developing sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • 12th pass and Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing
  • Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
