Brief Job Description:
· Sales – Business Development Strategy
· Travel to various locations in the assigned territory to monitor and participate in sales ;
· Training activities with the coordination of local Leaders, WW/WWQ/PUC.
· Daily contact with leaders to review activities in their team ; recommended WW/WWQ/PUC- e.g no of Home Meetings, Business Opportunity Meetings, success rates as per agreed monthly plans also provide support to new Associate Buyers with the help of the their uplines.
· Responsible for driving the field system and evaluating targets of Depot/WW/WWQ/PUC
· Organize Meetings/Events at WW/WWQ/PUC to get in new people joining this business as
· Associate Buyers with coordination to the local leaders.
· Prospecting for new business development/identifying avenues to increase Associate Buyers networks by leveraging existing base, participate in the events.
· Create innovative market presence strategies for generating secondary demand
· Gather market information on activities of competition. Analyze market share/ distribution
trends.
· Correlate with sales performance by brand , productivity.
· Identify potential place for opening new ww/wwq/puc with the help of the local leaders
· To educate prospects of WW/WWQ/PUC about store application, opening process and store
operations
· Hyper Local – Deliveries, Promotions ; Awareness activities, Inventory management, Allocation of store for eligibility for Hyper Local services, CRM
· To Promote product categories – Garment and Accessories, Footwear and Accessories, Keysoul and Vyomini and ensure business growth in the field
· Identification of the stores with sufficient required infrastructure and VM for promoting
· Garments, Footwear and Keysoul/Vyomini Products and encourage them to fulfill the complete range of the product categories
· Depot Audit – To audit depots of the zone as per the requirement of the company and submit reports for the same
· Interview new applications received for WW/WWQ before code allotment
· To achieve the targets for PUC renovations in the assigned area by encouraging the PUC to
renovate into WW/WWQ and get them converted with the help of the responsible leader of the PUC.
