Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Roles and Responsibilities: –
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Training business development staff.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
- Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners.
- Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company’s items to current and new customers.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company.
- Build up new market area and Appoint Dealers.
- Must have Achieve his /her target in sales.
Requirement:
Experience: 1-5 Years.
Qualification: BBA/BBM/B.tech/BCA/B.com.
Salary/Package – 1.5 LPA or Incentive as per sales.
Location – Every District in Bihar and Jharkhand.
No. of opening – 52.
Skills – AutoCAD, MS Office, Excellent communication skills.
Note: Candidates Must have Bike and valid Driving License.
