Position: IR Officer

Location: Jamshedpur

Qualification: Graduate/ LLB preferred and MBA/ PGDM (HRM)

Relevant Experience: 2- 6 years (Experience within the industry would be preferred)

CTC: 4.5 – 5L p.a

Competencies:
Excellent communication and people skill-well versed in labor laws and compliances

JD:
To administer ‘Contract Cell’ which includes: –

Maintaining the entry and exit system-roll rolls employees through an online portal

Verifying the payment of wages/bonus and submission of PF/ESIC, etc

Compliance with the statutes by the Vendor Partners

To be responsible for HR/IR-related Statutory Compliances

To assist in liaising with all the govt. agencies

To administer Disciplinary actions by Standing Order/Company Policies.

Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels regularly and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes
