Responsibilities

Understanding the Project Management for Rail-Logistic Job.

 To coordinate with Railway Department for getting the various approval and track fit Certificates.

 Well-versed with RDSO Specification /IS Code/ MORTH Specification.

 Competent in executing Railway job starting from Formation to Track Linking and modification

and maintenance of track job.

 To ensure work is executed in line with Project Specifications (Technical and Quality), Project

Cost and in full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements.

 Coordinate with the project team, planning engineers, design engineers and vendor partners for

defining the construction plan & schedule. Predict resources needed to complete the project.

 Ensure Co-ordination between all stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at

site

 Identification of needs arising during the project executions & take timely actions

 Interface with customer department for resolution of day-to-day issues. Provide necessary

direction over contracts and subcontracts.

 Manage construction schedule, work plan, and monitor overall progress. Ensure updating of MIS

for management reporting. Preparation of a quality assurance plan and ensuring its implementation

during various phases of project execution

 Build an effective and result-oriented team with the help of a performance management system and

by defining KPI’s, roles, responsibilities, and accountability of team members. Track team

engagement and motivation to take up new challenges

 Enforce all SOPs are maintained at the workplace, complete the project scope within, cost, quality,

and timeline with zero fatality and incident-free commissioning

 Driving improvement initiatives in the department for the reduction in cost and timeline and also

explore innovative solutions for project execution.

 Ensuring strict monitoring of the projects under execution to achieve cost within budget and

completion as per the committed timeline.
