Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and creating and executing effective marketing and sales strategies. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Real Estate marketing tools shall be added advantage
• Experience in Real Estate and Construction industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
