Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Faculty member. The Faculty member will be responsible for the preparation, delivery, and assessment of course materials and content. They will also facilitate and support student learning, provide guidance and feedback, and participate in developing and administering exams and assignments. The role is located in Ranchi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in teaching computer science fundamentals and coding to students or freshers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and also as a part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with learning management systems and course development tools
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) are a plus
