Evaluating properties based on financial metrics such as cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and internal rate of return (IRR)

3.Negotiation and Due Diligence:

• Negotiating purchase terms and agreements with property owners or their representatives.
• Coordinating due diligence activities including property inspections, title reviews, and financial analysis.

4.Financial Modeling and Analysis:

• Creating financial models to assess the profitability and risk of potential acquisitions.
• Conducting sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to evaluate different investment outcomes.

5.Transaction Management:

• Overseeing the acquisition process from initial contact through closing.
• Collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

6.Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, property owners, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Networking to expand the acquisition pipeline and access off-market opportunities.

7.Market Strategy Development:

• Recommending investment strategies based on market research and financial analysis.
