Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends, property values, and economic indicators to assess investment viability.
2.Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
Evaluating properties based on financial metrics such as cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and internal rate of return (IRR)
3.Negotiation and Due Diligence:
- Negotiating purchase terms and agreements with property owners or their representatives.
- Coordinating due diligence activities including property inspections, title reviews, and financial analysis.
4.Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Creating financial models to assess the profitability and risk of potential acquisitions.
- Conducting sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to evaluate different investment outcomes.
5.Transaction Management:
- Overseeing the acquisition process from initial contact through closing.
- Collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
6.Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with brokers, property owners, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Networking to expand the acquisition pipeline and access off-market opportunities.
7.Market Strategy Development:
- Developing acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s investment objectives and market conditions.
- Recommending investment strategies based on market research and financial analysis.
