The incumbent shall be responsible for: –
l To develop 4-5 stock points in Bihar State (Patna / Muzaffarpur/ Gaya/ Purnia/Darbhanga)
l To develop and grow dealers’ network for the company throughout the state
l To develop and manage effectively sales distribution network to meet business objectives
l Appoint Sales team of 2-3 executives
l Achieving targets related to market share, reach, addressability, volume etc.
l Assessment Appointment of right dealers & distributors after thorough screening, activating low performing dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc.
l Creates awareness and demand for company products.
l Maintain commercial discipline in sales
l Receivables Management
l Team Management and training of team
Skills Required
ü Channel Strategy Development
ü Strong business and technical mindset.
ü Proven track record in managing Channel Partners.
ü Good team player and communicator, able to manage and motivate.
ü Uses experience to reduce exposure to technical risk on contracts.
- ü Analyse issues, establish plans, know the business, act with integrity.
