Should expertise in AIX platform. Min 2-3 years of experience is mandatory.
Manage, Admin & Break Fix IBM P-Series servers.
Should be able to analyse the logs, identify the problem and replace the required hardware.
Should be knowledge on IBM storage. Manage, Admin & Break Fix.
Should be knowledge to co-relate the hardware functioning across the physical and logical domains of the servers.
Troubleshoot, test, and analyse complex issues.
Should be ready to work in any of the Sureworks locations.
