We are looking for a person with imagination and experience in designing

mobile applications. You will be part of a project for the digital future. An agile cross-functional team awaits you, where roles in areas such as service design, communication, data analytics, iOS and Android development are represented.

In addition to the team, a stimulating environment awaits you, where we share know-how

and we discuss the latest in design. We are currently 6 designers in the UX/UI design team and we are still growing.

This is the job

• Create UX/UI design especially for mobile applications (user scenarios, sketches, wireframes, clickable prototypes, pixel-perfect designs)
• Actively participate in UX testing and modify proposals based on their outputs}

and optimize existing products and processes

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the design system
• To work closely with colleagues from different professions within the agile squad (for example communication experts, service designers, analysts, developers
• Co-create one of our digital products (mobile application)

What do we expect?

• Demonstrable experience in UX and UI design (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of UX principles and Design Thinking
• Experience working with a design system, atomic design an advantage
• Knowledge of one of the design tools – Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

(we work in Figma)

• Knowledge of practical editors is an advantage (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
• Analytical thinking with the ability to understand small problems in big contexts
• Teamwork, in which one’s own opinions are not asserted, but inputs supported by data
• Experience working in an agile structure is an advantage. We work on daily ceremonies

and if possible, we prefer personal contact

• Orientation to the user for whom we create, and who always comes first
• Active knowledge of the English language and excellent knowledge of the Slovak language
