Regional Marketing Lead

Skill Sets Required:
● Proven work experience as a sales and marketing professional preferably in EdTech
● Hands-on experience in B2B sales across schools/institutions
● Excellent liaising skills
● Team Handling
● Must be a team player and possess a robust communication skill
● Knowledge of online/offline marketing channels
● Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality
● Analytical and multitasking skills
● Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Establishing a connection with channel partner: set-up and oversee the closure of sales and look after business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
● Travel extensively across India for the purpose of school meet and sales closures
● Should have previous sales and marketing experience across Ed-Tech space and possess a firm grip on B2B sales channels.
● Planning and Implementation of new ideas and Initiatives.
● Performing research on audience preferences and current trends
● Designing and implementing a marketing strategy to align with business goals
● Setting specific targets and reporting on school conversions
● Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos)
● Monitor social metrics
● Collaborate with other teams, like operations, admin, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
● Oversee marketing collaterals designs
Qualification & Eligibility:
● Degree in Marketing or relevant field
● Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Ed-Tech/Schools/Institution sales and Marketing.
● Startup experience preferred, Edtech work experience is a bonus
