Qualification & Eligibility:

● Graduation from any field or relevant channel sales experience

● Local candidate is a priority

Working Experience: Ed-Tech/School Sales

● Minimum 01 years of experience into B2B/B2B Sales Only, Institution sales

● Startup experience preferred, EdTech work experience is a bonus

● Field sales experience, hands on experience in conducting workshops or any other activities in school

● Local connects with school management, principal and director-owner

● Lead generation and direct admission experience to offline centers

Skill Sets:

● Strong field presence

● Follow up skills required

● Strong communication in local language

● Target oriented and self motivated

● Good at maintaining relationship internally and externally

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Daily meetings with schools and retail partners and pitching them ongoing PW products and services

● Driving admissions to our local VP centers by liaising with reference partners

● Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

● Achieving and exceeding KPIs set by the Manager.

● Monitoring self-performance at all times, keeping track of factors like conversion factor etc.

● Maintain robust relationship with all the channel partners
