Position: Data Analyst

Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing the data collection, analysis, and reporting functions. The focus will be on gathering data from various sources, analyzing it to generate actionable insights, and assisting policymakers and trainers in making informed decisions toward the development of a “Viksit Bihar.”

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process data from various sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can influence decision-making.
• Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Present data-driven insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data management and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with policy development and decision-making processes is a plus.
