Job description Overall responsibility of managing cost quality delivery safety and management systemProductionManage a team of 250 people including managers supervisors and WorkersEnsuring daily targets are defined and met Close interaction with Customers for ensuring delivery cost and quality requirements are metEnsure documentation are up to date Develop and communicate KRA s for Managers and support in achieving the same Monitor and control Inventory as per given targetMinimise ObsolescenceQualityImplementation monitoring and sustenance of IATF 16949 ISO 3834 requirementsPlan and conduct audits 5S Safety Product Process Internal Quality system Implementation of POKA YOKE principlesEnsure PPM at customer end is 50 and inhouse 500Ensure Quality issues are analyzed and closed with corrective actionsMaintenanceMonitoring MTTR and MTBF and achieving an annual improvement of at least 10 Aware about basics of presses and its working principleEnsure equipment availability – minimum 80 Supply chain inbound logistics dispatchEnsure daily Schedule vs supply 90 Close interaction with customer for pre-empting and ensuring availability of stockSales increase given target New Part addition given target Improvement activities lean manufacturingPlan and improve 5S in a time bound mannerPlan and implement Kaizen activitiesEnsure People Equipment and Environment safetyHR and laborEnsure competent persons are available in Key Managerial positionIdentify Training needs based on competency analysis and provide trainingEnsure timely payment of staff and workers and any grievances should be closed on priorityOverall managementPreparing and presenting weekly and monthly MIS report to TOP managementIn the event of new changes able to present management with a future course of action Desired Candidate Profile Qualification – Diploma BE Mechanical Production Automobile Experience – 13-15 yrs Sheet metal auomotive component manufacturing industry Production Quality Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering minimum any 2 department work experience is a must Knowledge Sheet Metal Pressing Fabrication IATF 16949 5S APQP Kaizen Safety Good hands-on experience in Microsoft office tools Presses and their maintenance Attributes Good Communication skills Hindi English Bengali would be added advantage Task-oriented Target achiever Role Plant HeadIndustry Type Automotive Sheet Metal pressing and FabricationEmployment Type Full Time PermanentJob Types Full-time Regular PermanentSalary 65 000 00 – 75 000 00 per monthJadwal Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations YesAbility to commute relocate Jamshedpur Jharkhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 8 years Required Speak with the employer 91 6261030316
