• Qualification: B. Tech, MBA, Graduate with any professional management certification.
• Experience: At least 5 Years of minimum 2 Years steel plant experience
• Gender- Male
• Age: 20-40 Years
• Site: Tata Steel Long Product Limited.
• Job Location: Gamharia, Jharkhand.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Time to time planning according to the requirement.
• Relationship management/ Coordination with the client partner and assist them technically by attending the meeting and delivering the same to the concerned department.
• The candidate should have good experience in team handling, analyzing skills, handling grievances, attendance etc.
• directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our client’s expectations.
• Increasing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards Responsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time closure.
• The candidate should be highly professional to understand and work according to the management standard, hierarchy, policy, circular, and roadmap.
• Responsible to trained the team and sustain the same to maintain the proper standard and quality of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
