Key responsibilities:
1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, training, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
4. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
