We are the Product Management Club at IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, a dynamic community of aspiring product managers and innovators. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

*Qualifications:*

– Open to all students, regardless of the institution.

– Strong communication skills and creativity.

– Design skills needed(canva, photoshop,etc)

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Content Creation:*

– Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms.

– Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that align with the club’s objectives.

2. *Community Engagement:*

– Foster a sense of community and engagement with our target audience.

– Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

– Encourage discussions, interactions, and collaboration among club members and followers.

3. *Campaign Management:*

– Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote club events, workshops, and initiatives.

– Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum reach and engagement.

4. *Social Media Analytics:*

– Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies.

– Generate regular reports to track growth, engagement, and other key performance indicators.

– Use insights to refine our social media approach and achieve better results.
