The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company’s market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Immediate hiring and joining at our Marketing offices as we have an urgent job opening for the position of State Head for Bihar region.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Manage and coach sales team – Sales Officers and ASM’s
- Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Building relationship with the category team of assigned stake holders, proper execution and Fill rates will be important parameter for achieving sales target.
- He/she should have experience in sales of at least 5 years in the electrical trade.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing new leads, clients and customers.
- Generate Business, meet personal and team sales target. Create awareness of your brand. Communicate the target audience and build and develop customer relationships.
- Meeting electrical retailers, whole sellers, distributors and architects. You must visit 5-8 electrical counters on a daily basis. All the data must be shared on cloud.
- Key responsibilities are handling customer queries, offering advice, collection of the outstanding and introducing new products in the market as per the company’s instructions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have minimum 5+ years of experience into Sales and Business Development with reputed electrical company.
- They must be able to work independently and with little supervision, and sometimes they are even required to work remotely.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be an enthusiastic with a flair for sales of Products.
