Job Discription For Finance Incharge:

1) Daily file entries of the vehicles delivered.

2) Daily bank payout tracking.

3) Updating google sheets and share with the concerned.

4) Pending bank payout report.

5) Prepare payout claim bill and submit to the branch.

6) Maintain record of the payouts / payments from bank with data in excel sheet.

7) daily report to sales manager & finance manager.
