Premsons motor is looking for CRM. The candidate must be graduate.
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Telephonic invitation to customer for periodic service n days in advance ( Service Reminder ), Service booking management using DMS and other software., Taking customer feedbacks during service and maintaining records for follow up., Post service follow up and resolution of concerns , Customer complaint tracking, redressal and necessary action at dealership, Post sale service / customer complaint record. Ensured that each customer receives outstanding service by providing afriendly environment, Maintaining customer relationships & increase customer retention.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1) Maintaining service reminder sheet and updating customer database, contact customer for any additional jobs required during the work and take approval through intimating the additional time required, Inform customer on vehicles readiness, jobs carried out and final cost, inform on pending jobs or future jobs to be carried out on the vehicle, Explain the job done through failed parts & offer test ride if required, Inform next service due date and kms, put stickers on the vehicles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
