Eligibilty Criteria: –

Well versed with sales call centre metrics with experience in supervisory Role. Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving sales via Tele calling model.

Conducting skills gap analyses.

Coordinating performance review sessions.

Minimum 2 to 7 Years experience in BPO sector ( Call Center Management, Call Center Head, Call Center Supervisor, Entire call center handling experience ).

Qualification – Graduation.

Salary – 20000 – 30000 K Monthly.

Work Experience – 2 – 7 Years
