MBBS DOCTORWORK EXP: 0 TO 2 YEARSMonitor Routine Activities1) Assist Transfusion Medicine Specialist to prepare SOPs for all blood transfusion related practices2) Conduct proper screening of all donors as per SOPs3) Ensure phlebotomy procedure is done properly4) Handle all queries relating to blood donation from donor5) Handle all donor reaction and resolve their grievances6) Attend blood drive/van in a month7) Counsel TTI positive donors regularlyEnsure Procedural Compliances1) Ensure strict compliance to all blood donation procedures as per SOPs2) Ensure punctuality in Drives, In-house and BMV3) Ensure quarterly audit of all blood vans and take corrective actions wherever neededJob Type: Part-time
