Job Description
- He will be responsible for team management, Sales executions and executing action plan.
- He will be taking daily reports from his team (i.e sales executive) and asst. sales manager
- Taking live reports and cooperating in clients deals and eventually closing them.
- He will support his team as well as achieve his own target under dual responsibility is features of the post.
- He will prepare daily sales MIS and other report and report it to GM-Sales & marketing or Sr. Sales manager.
- He will be positioned either at office or Site office for continuation of job responsibility.
- He should be well versed with MS- office and other programing required for smooth execution office duties.
- He should be part of all meeting and strategy forming exercises done to accelerate sales growth and expediting backlogs and pending works.
- He will be responsible for grooming & updating sales executive via training or any other live orientations.
- Innovative sales promotional activities for lead generations.
