Job Overview
The Commercial Head is responsible for managing and optimizing the commercial functions of the Kraft papers manufacturing plant. This includes overseeing Marketing Sales, purchase, stores, and general administration to ensure the efficient operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Marketing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.Identify and explore new business opportunities and develop markets to ensure Zero inventory of finished Products. Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective timely procurement of raw materials.Monitor market trends and changes in the industry to inform procurement decisions.
Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement efficient storage and logistics practices.Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to minimize losses and wastage. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to streamline the supply chain.
Provide leadership and direction to the administrative team. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the commercial department.I mplement and improve administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, purchases, and other relevant commercial metrics to higher management.Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
