Job Description
- Business Development Manager (IT) with minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience in dealing with international clients to grow our business offshore
- Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape
What we expect:
- Should be able to plan, formulate and implement strategies, for reaching out to unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion
- Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, Elance, Odesk referrals, presentations sales campaigns and generate leads/requirements from them
- Work in a highly competitive environment to develop new customer base through innovative methods and interventions without compromising on the set quality standards
- Will be required to negotiate, close deals and manage clients accounts end-to-end.
- Should have experience in IT Industry.
Requirements:
- Generate qualified leads through online bidding, cold calling, email marketing, Social network bidding portals.
- The candidate should be able to achieve revenue targets for mobile apps, web development app and internet marketing. Understanding of web, mobile software domain is must.
- To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis Tracking and following the sales trends in the market.
- Confident communicator, active listener with problem solving approach, having zeal to drive through target.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills must with Strong interpersonal skills.
