Piramal Swasthya Management and Research Institute Looking for Documentation & Communication Officer at Ranchi, Jharkhand Full Time

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

· Develop success stories, case studies, for CSR& PPP projects

· Work in close co-ordination with Project Managers to assist SBCC Specialist to design and develop SBCC strategies for various projects

· Follow up with cross functional teams and project teams for content related to monthly newsletter

· Develop content for Monthly Newsletter and assist towards timely dissemination -internally (DBC and other big bets of Piramal Foundation)

· Develop SOPs, advocacy and communication materials for projects to create awareness among target audience/beneficiaries, influencers and stakeholders

· Develop project specific discussion guides and assist in conducting training session with field staffs, enabling them to talk about their project with external stakeholders

· Support in ensuring proper use of communication materials by project personnel and respective stakeholders

· Support in conducting training sessions of project team members on community mobilization, success stories/case studies and other topics (as and when required)

· Assist in developing project related brochures, materials (coffee table book and others) along with ensuring timely disseminationwith internal and external audience.

Qualification& Experience:

· Post-graduate degree/diploma in a relevant field (public health, communication, social sciences, development studies, public relation orrelated field)

· 3 – 5 years of experiences in writing high-level documents and reports in English is required with good documentation skills

· Proven experience of working in Social Sector (health & nutrition) with international NGOs, CSRs, UN agencies preferred

· Prior training experience will be an added advantage

· Should have advanced working knowledge of MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

· Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Demonstrate command of the language with a strong vocabulary and ability to write fluidly, consistently and effectively

· Proven content writing, editing / proof reading experience

· Ability to research, conceptualize and produce unique content

· Brainstorming and creating different content formats

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
