About the Role: The Program Manager will be directly reporting to the Program Director-DBC. The role is divided into achieving day-to-day and periodic deliverables of the below mentioned tasks.

Design and Manage L&D Intervention Strategies for People Development:

  • Developing and conducting training to instruct Senior Program Leaders, Program Leaders (Band 1) and Program Fellows includes training on supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.
  • Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet L&D needs and program goals designing and executing key programmatic elements of the L&D process measuring the achievement of established goals.
  • Consult and work with operations teams to ensure capability building and knowledge transfer with S. Program Leaders/ Leaders (Band 1) and Program Fellows.
  • Assessing and providing feedback to all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes and highlights.
  • Identify and evaluate L&D initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet organizational goals
  • Design and execute complete training & development framework and identify gaps in internal training programs from time to time that meets the needs of Operations Team.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievance to maintain cordial management employee relations.
  • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
  • Plan & review training calendars and schedules from time to time.

Desired Skills ad Competences:

  • 5+ years’ experience in designing customized training programs, needs analysis, and evaluated processes tailored to specific needs and audiences, using traditional and non-traditional methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training programs, including certificate programs, tailored specifically to address the identified performance gaps.
  • Experience in establishing development processes introducing best practices in performance consulting, project management, blended design, and development methodology.
  • Received advanced training in leadership, strategic planning, project management and communication skills.
  • A Systems Change Leader, who can comfortably work within a whole system and advise on organizational change, transformation, and alignment strategies.
  • Strong Transformation Management and Program Management experience.
  • Culture Builder who fosters commitment and engagement based on an environment of trust and promotes the health and vitality of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹69,609.78 per month
