Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Researcher role located in Ranchi. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research on various projects related to social change. The Researcher will also be responsible for data analysis, report writing and presenting findings to the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience in research methodologies, both primary and secondary
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization and interpretation
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, public policy or a related field. Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
