Role Purpose:

We are hiring for the role of Manager – Digital Payments. This is a People Leader role reporting into the Branch Manager. In the role, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission by acquiring clients and tailoring solutions to meet both their expressed and unspoken needs. Beginning with our user-friendly POS devices that simplify payments, you’ll extend our suite of solutions that fuel a merchant’s growth. This includes solutions to enhance customer loyalty, analytics for informed decision-making, seamless billing and inventory management, flexible working capital options, and seamless digital payments.

The responsibilities we entrust you with:

Expand the Client Network : Acquire quality clients via Door-to-Door sales or via Partner Financial institutions to grow our ecosystem and ensure revenue generation from these newly acquired clients. Gathering insights on customer needs, prospecting the right customers, probing the customer and follow up to ultimately close the deal, including identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.

Client Engagement: Build a relationship with the client beyond just point of sale to provide superior service and opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell.

Solution Crafting: Use your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions for our clients and explain them in a clear and relatable manner.

Team Building and Performance Tracking: Hire, train and develop the right team members while keeping track of and being accountable for the productivity metrics for yourself and the appointed team.

Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for bank communication, acquiring, onboarding clients, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management.

ROLE SPECIFICATION:

Relevant Work Experience: Experience of doing door-to-door sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick-Commerce, Ecommerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred. Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, Working Capital Loans is desirable but not necessary.

Years of Experience: 2-8 years of Overall Experience with minimum 1 year spent in the target location

Qualification: MBA or Masters. Postgraduate is recommended but not a prerequisite.
