Role Purpose: We are hiring for the role of Manager – Digital Payments (Relationship). This is a People Leader role reporting into the Branch Manager. In the role, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission by working closely to deepen the relationship with our existing merchants. You will enable deployment of value offerings which help the merchants and enhance their engagement with us.

The responsibilities we entrust you with:

Strengthen the Client Network: Enhance relationships with existing clients with an objective of superior service and engagement, including cross-selling and up-selling our solutions.

Superior Client Experience: Build connect with existing clients to further advise on customised solutions basis customer needs to enhance share of wallet.

Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships and networks to deepen engagement with existing clients and drive our Value-Added Services growth.

Solution Crafting: Identify business needs of existing clients and use your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions, cross-sell and upsell our ValueAdded Services.

Team Building and Performance Tracking: Hire, train and develop the right team members while keeping track of and being accountable for the productivity metrics for yourself and the appointed team.

Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for bank communication, acquiring, onboarding clients, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation, and reporting for sales management.

Provide exceptional service: As the point of contact for our client base, you will cowork with Services and Operations POC to ensure business continuity of devices and timely resolution of problems, resulting in deeper engagement and high customer satisfaction.

ROLE SPECIFICATION:

Relevant Work Experience: Experience in sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, Travel and Hospitality, Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick-Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred. Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, Working Capital Loans is desirable but not necessary.

Years of Experience: 2-8 years of Overall Experience with minimum 1 year spent in the target location

Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate preferred/B-Tech|B.E

Locations: Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Ranchi, Siliguri.
