ROLE PURPOSE:
We are hiring for the role of Manager – Digital Payments (Banking). This is a People Leader role reporting into the Branch Manager. In the role, you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission by working closely with our Partner Banks to strengthen our existing network and secure new opportunities. You will own gathering of requirements of clients and crafting unique value propositions along with the partner banks. You will undertake business discussions and plan the pipeline through understanding of latest market trends.
The responsibilities we entrust you with:
Expand the Client Network: Acquire quality clients via the banking channel to grow our ecosystem and ensure revenue generation from these newly acquired clients. Gathering insights on customer needs, prospecting the right customers, probing the customer and follow up to ultimately close the deal, including identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
Strengthen Relationships with Partner Banks: Deepen engagement with local bank branches and key individuals of the bank.
Client Engagement: Build a relationship with the client beyond just point of sale to provide superior service and opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell. Solution Crafting: Use your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions as per the requirements shared by the bank partners.
Team Building and Performance Tracking: Hire, train and develop the right team members while keeping track of and being accountable for the productivity metrics for yourself and the appointed team.
Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for bank communication, acquiring, onboarding clients, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation, and reporting for sales management.
ROLE SPECIFICATION:
Relevant Work Experience: Experience in sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, Travel and Hospitality, Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick-Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred. Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, Working Capital Loans is desirable but not necessary.
Years of Experience: 2-8 years of Overall Experience with minimum 1 year spent in the target location.
Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate preferred/B-Tech|B.E
Locations: Kolkata, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Ranchi.
