Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Perlee Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Patna. The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative tasks including office management, record keeping, correspondence, and scheduling. They will also provide support to the management team, maintain office supplies, and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in office management and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
